会社沿革

Corporate History
1964年10月 October, 1964春日倉庫株式会社設立。資本金200万円。
発行株数4000株。代表取締役 松本武子就任。 The Kasuga Soko inc. was established. Capital of 2 million yen. Issued shares 4000 shares.
Takeko Matsumoto was inaugurated for Representative director.
1964年12月 December, 1964茨木市郡営業所１号棟、２号棟倉庫新築。 First & second building of Kori office was constructed.
1974年1月 January, 1974本社移転。大阪府茨木市郡4丁目682-2 Head office moved (4-682-2, Kori, Ibaraki-shi, Osaka)
1976年1月 January, 1976本社住所変更。大阪府茨木市郡4丁目6-21 Head office’ｓ address was changed (4-6-21, Kori, Ibaraki-shi, Osaka).
1983年1月 January, 1983茨木営業所3号棟工場新築。 Third building & factory of Ibaraki office was constructed.
1994年5月 May, 1994代表取締役に松本 修　就任。 Osamu Matsumoto was inaugurated for Representative director.
1995年2月 February, 1995資本金1000万円に増資。発行済み株数2000株。 Capital was increased to 10 million yen. Issued shares 2000 shares.
2008年10月 October, 2008箕面営業所を取得、営業を開始。 Mino office was acquired and opened.
2014年5月 May, 2014五日市営業所を取得、営業を開始。箕面営業所休止。 Itsukaichi office was acquired and opened. The Mino office was closed.
